4. The open models behind Brello 1.0

Brello 1.0’s three models are based on open models from Google and Alibaba, all released under the Apache License 2.0.

All three repositories are published by the litert-community account on Hugging Face. The model files download directly from there to your phone, without an account or token, and run locally with LiteRT-LM, Google’s open-source on-device runtime. Brello is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Alibaba. The Brello models overview gives each model’s specifications.

5. Credits in the Brello app

Brello 1.0 credits its models in Settings, beneath the model list: ‘Brello Pro and Vision are built on Google's Gemma 4, Brello Core on Alibaba's Qwen3 — all open models under Apache 2.0.’

The app’s documentation credits its artwork, icons and typeface:

  • 3D renders: 3dicons by Vijay Verma, CC0;
  • 3D emoji icons: Fluent Emoji by Microsoft, MIT;
  • icons: Phosphor Icons, MIT;
